Effingham Country Club Golf Course Information
The scenic Effingham Country Club offers a championship 18-hole golf course with full pro shop facilities. The ECC provides a wide variety of opportunities to test and improve your skills including a driving range, an all-weather driving range, practice bunkers, and both putting and chipping greens. Our PGA professional staff is available to help you with any aspect of your game, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player. There's opportunities for everyone to get out on the course whether it's by yourself, Men's or Women's League, Junior Golf, or even Couple's Golf. The course is maintained in championship condition offering beautiful tree lined and water challenged fairways.

This is a 3-shot par 5. The primary landing area from the tee is the right hand side of the fairway. Then from here select the proper club to lay-up in order to attack the pin. PRO TIP: On the approach shot, select a half club MORE due to the uphill green.

Take aim at the Big Oak Tree at the corner and hit it! Layup properly with a lofted wood or iron. Then take "Dead Aim".

This Cape hole design allows for the golfer to decide how much water to carry. Ultimately allowing for a decision on what shot to play on a true risk-reward Par-5.

This dog-leg left allows a big hitter a reward with a short approach shot into a shallow green. But watch out trouble does await you unless you play to the safe and large area of the fairway.

This hole does not play as long as the scorecard indicates. Playing downhill and downwind most of the time, you will want to play it down the lefthand side for your best position. PRO TIP: You need to reach for one less golf club for your approach shot. No matter what the wind is doing it just plays shorter.

This 3-shot Par-5 is set up with your second shot (Play down the left hand side the whole way). When approaching this Redan Green you need to hit short left and let the ball run back to the pin.

This tree line hole demands accuracy off the tee. You may want to play down the righthand side for the safest and best opportunity on your second shot. For those long-ball hitters and risk-takers, you can attack the left corner of the dogleg but be prepared to carry 260 yards of trees.
